Shaun T. born Shaun Thompson on May 2, 1978 is an American health and fitness trainer and choreographer widely known for his Insanity and Hip-Hop Abs fitness programs. He was born in New Jersey, prior to college Shaun he was faced with major decision which was choose between an athletic track and field scholarships. He decided that education would shape his path, feeling that he could follow an athletic path at a later date should he desire.

Easy dance moves
Shaun T is an excellent and qualified instructor and easy to follow
You only dance to an actual song during the last 3 minutes or so of the workout with the previous 30+ minutes learning the choreography and repeating it from the top as a new step is layered on, all to a general instrumental beat in the background
The backup dancers are legitimate professionals

Some people do find the program too difficult to follow, some saying it is too fast however others have said that it does take a few times of repetition to start really enjoying and getting the best from Shaun T’s CIZE Dance Workout – Base Kit.
